1. Introduction

These terms are applicable to all the participants of the program run via our website or social media platforms.
To enter this opportunity, you must follow as mentioned on our website or social media platforms.
Entry to our programs is FREE of cost, therefore no purchase required, unless otherwise specified.
The Promotions on social media platforms are not endorsed, administered, sponsored, or associated with - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media network.
You are providing your info to the concern (www.iiapnet.org). The info you provide will be used in coordination and conjunction with our Privacy Policy mentioned ahead.

To become eligible to gain access to this program:
Participants must be a real person, at least of the age of 12 years or above and not above 30 years and have a permanent resident of India or Israel Only. Participants currently studying in any School, College or University are eligible to apply.
Others who are below 30 years of age and who completed their education and currently waiting for admission to higher studies or working in industry are also eligible to apply.
However foreign nationals studying in India and Indians studying overseas are also eligible to take part.
Address proof, college identity proof and age proof may be required if the participant is selected for the internship.

The participant needs to use any Android or IOS based mobile phones for registering the entry details (refer to the Internship for details)

The Program is open from 1st December 2022 and there is no closing date.
All submitted entries will be available at the IIAP admin portal and will not be published on IIAP website. However you can view and edit your details from the Holaray App.
The internship winning candidate list is published along with the Participant’s name, Profile picture, College, University, Country and stream of the subject.
Individuals who are above 12 years of age and not exceeding 30 years of age as on 31st December 2022 and currently studying in any School, College or University are eligible to apply.
Others who are below 30 years of age and who completed their education and currently waiting for admission to higher studies or working in industry are also eligible to apply.
Every Internship winning student should submit a Bonafede certificate from the respective School/College/University on demand

A program shall open for entries on the date and time mentioned on the www.iiap.org website and social media platforms. Unless otherwise specified, these dates and times are set to those for UTC (Universal Time Co-ordinated).
No responsibility will be taken for entries not received or accepted for whatever reason may be.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the program and its terms and conditions without any prior notice in the event of a disaster, catastrophe, war, civil or military trouble, act of God or any actual or predicted breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event external to our control. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website www.iiap.org as soon as it will be possible by us.

Internships will be selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the Internship.
If an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged as selected for internship, and will not be entitled to the internship in any circumstances.
The Judges’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the program will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Internships awarded shall be specified on our website along with other social media channels.

Internship winners will be notified by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Internship winner within 14 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the program terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the internship to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
Nothing alternative to the Internships will be offered. The Internships are not transferable. Internships are subject to availability.

You provide the warranty to us that you created your profile for entry and all information furnished is true and authentic.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocable and unconditionally agree to be identified as the author of your entry.

All submitted entries meeting the guidelines of the internship program will be published on the admin portal of the website of www.iiap.org for perpetuity.
Your entry will be available on your Holaray App and the information furnished can be edited or updated for relevancy.

We may undertake publicity activities relating to programs and Internship awards. The winner therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-internship-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and internship details.
All other personal details collected as part of the program will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

This Internship program is run by the consortium of Convergence Innovation Labs (India) and Gate7 (Israel).
